Karma's a Bitch

  1. I really liked this idea & how the artist used two different concepts and put them together to make a short animation . I also liked how the words "karma is a bitch" moved into the papers as you flipped the book it was very smoothly done. There was a part that reminded me of my animation where as in we both drew flowers that were growing and then finished off with a different idea. Great Work :)!

  3. Very interesting animation. I like that it has a moral to it. I also like that life grows out of the boy’s death. This kind of goes along with the cover of the book ,which has a picture of a child on it. The story can be seen to represent that innocence and life can grow out of evil and death.

  4. i thought it was very interesting how the shapes/images changed into one another. It was abstract and mildly random, but the story had a meaning to it at the same time. I thought it was an interesting break in the animation with the type, which helped to explain the meaning.

  5. I liked how you used full scenes in your flip book, with the sun and sky in the background. I also liked how everything was brightly colored, there was a lot of detail in your drawings.

  6. I liked your animation and drawings I just didn't quite understand the story. I also enjoyed how it told a story through scenes rather than just an image moving.

  8. Very good use and choice of colors, but the story was a bit unclear to me. The drawings are great.
